Two-bed flat with Room to rent

I’m looking for someone to share a lovely two bed flat in Exeter - two large bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and bathroom. I own living room furniture and most kitchen goods so only personal bedroom furniture required but any additional furniture is welcome. Flat has an allocated off-road parking spot (available as I don't own a car), bike store and lovely communal garden. Easy walking distance to town/uni and large supermarket. Rent is £363 a month not including bills or council tax. (with these included it will be ~ £450 a month) Sadly the landlord doesn't allow pets or smoking within the building.

I am a young professional who is very clean and tidy. I enjoy socialising as well as nights in. I am friendly, easy to get along with and respectful of peoples privacy.
