We’d prefer a monday to friday lodger (with rent reduction), but we’re also be happy to consider short term full time arrangements.
This bright comfortable double room is available for the next three months, maybe longer. It is in a welcoming quiet family home situated on village edge in a peaceful lane.
The room has a flat screen TV and desk, double divan and plenty of storage. Views out to the garden and the quiet lane outside. Use of kitchen and living room, large lush garden, off road parking. Use of separate music studio is available if desired. Bicycle and watersports equipment storage is also available.
Use of washing machine included. Modern bathroom with good shower (YOU have priority - 2 bathrooms and 2 loos in the house). Use of kitchen, or happy to discuss meal provision if required.
We're a cheerful laid back middle aged couple who will respect your privacy (but will offer practical support and friendship when you need it. Previous lodgers happy to give us a reference!
Strategically situated within 2 minutes drive of M5/A30, 5 mins from Met Office, Sowton and Exeter Business Park. 15 mins from central Exeter. Local Bus (52) passes end of road, and park & ride (a 10 min speedy trip) to city centre is 5 minutes from here. .

We are 6 miles from the beach at Exmouth. There are 2 gyms with swimming pools within 5 mins. Local village shop and 3 farm shops very close by, and humungous 24hr Tesco just up the road.

Our small friendly terrier also lives here (she is very affectionate and enjoys local walks if you are missing your dog). Room available now.
