Would suit working professional or mature student who has a quiet independent lifestyle, and likes cats - I have two!

There is a shared lounge/ diner with TV, shared smallish kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and outside storage for bikes etc.
The room is fully furnished with comfortable double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and chair.
The house has gas central heating and is warm and comfortable
I'm looking for someone who likes to live in a homely friendly environment, takes care of where they live, is mindful of the environment, water/ energy consumption etc, and is considerate of others.

I lead a fairly busy though quiet lifestyle at home and welcome someone similar.
