Lovely double room central Exeter

I am looking to rent the spare room of my lovely house. I live in a very central location off the quay, but the road is quiet with parking (spare permit available).

The double room is furnished with one double bed, bed side table and storage. Access to large newly refurbished bathroom with shower and separate bath, large dining area, large kitchen with breakfast area and garden.

I'm a working professional with a business so I'm quite busy during the week, but I like to keep fit (I cycle amongst other things) and cook well, and socialise at the weekends. Sometimes the lines get blurred but mostly it's a quiet chilled house:) I'm super easy going and save my conscientious streak for work and looking after my house.. Ideally I want to live with a full time professional with similar qualities, who wants to treat a house as a home and be clean/tidy/respectful. There are two lazy cats who bring absolutely nothing to the table. If you're cool with them, they are cool with you. Sense of humour required.
