Double room with built-in wardrobes and bed and desk (if required) in quiet area of St Thomas, monthly rent inclusive of all bills including broadband. I am an easy-going person, teach at the local college and have a 7 year old son who stays with me three/four nights a week.
There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen for use and a living room. When the sun is out there is a large back garden with rear access, or a nearby park. If extra storage is required there is a large boarded space in the loft. There is on-street parking with no permits needed.
Short walk to local shopping centre on Cowick St and Exeter High St just across the river. Ideally situated for easy access to M5, A30 and other major road links.
