Payable monthly or 4- weekly please, £450 pcm or 4-weekly a bit less.

Although the house is within Exeter it is incredibly quiet and peaceful due to the private garden - you would almost think you were in the middle of the countryside. The rooms are large, bright and airy. Fibre-optic wireless broadband provided.

There is a lovely kitchen diner which has a dining table and is spacious and well equipped.

TV provided in a large communal living room with patio doors out to the beautiful, sunny south-facing garden. Outside there is table and chairs and a BBQ. There are 3 bathrooms in the house so never need to queue. Cleaner and gardener provided. Extra storage is available if necessary. There are digital/freeview TV points in every room.

Very well located for Exeter city centre, and business parks to the East of the city. Very easy and quick access to the Exeter ring road, the M5 and the airport. Frequent buses from outside the gate go to Exeter city centre, the Hospital, Exeter Business Park, Met Office, Tescos, and Sowton Industrial Estate, among others. Also walking distance to Heavitree shops and amenities, hospital, industrial estate/ business park etc.

A little about the local area. The Heavitree area is a nice little centre which is about 10 minutes walk from the house, and has a wide range of amenities including cafes and restaurants, banks and other small shops.

The house itself is located beside the Broadfields estate. There is a primary school nearby on Quarry Lane and it is a short walk up to the Toby Carvery which is on the ring road. This in turn is very near the retail park which has a huge Tescos and a number of other large retail outlets. Digby railway station is about 20 minutes walk from the house.
