Hello, we are looking for a new housemate to our nice, bright and quite modern house.

The house is located very centrally, at St. David's Hill, just at the end of the Iron Bridge. Walking distances: 5 min to the river, 5 min to the city centre, 5 min to Central Station, 10 min to St David’s St, 15 min to Streatham campus, 30 min to St Luke's campus, 20 min to Quay.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. Four bedrooms. Large communal lounge with comfy sofas, TV and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen with light dining space (glass ceiling). Small patio with flowers and furniture set. Bathroom with toilet. Second shower room. Second toilet. Central gas heating. Washing machine. The place is really nice, modern, clean, warm, light and quiet.

Room for rent is located on the first floor. It is comfy and fully furnished with double bed, desk and chair, shelves, chest of drawers and a wardrobe.

Rent is £323 per month (water included). Broadband/telephone is £6. 63 per person per month plus your individual calls. FreeView TV. Gas and electricity is approx. £30 a month (usually less in summer months). Council Tax band B.

We would preferably welcome professional housemates. We expect you to contribute to keeping the house clean and tidy (cleaning rota!) and hope that your social life will not affect others in the house.

The room is available from 1st July.
