Double room - Pinhoe - (near flybe/met office)

We are a friendly family of four with two children . Our spare room is large and fully furnished and has a new double bed. It's in our family home. We live in Pinhoe which is about four miles form the city centre. We are on several good frequent bus routes into town and university . We have good on road parking and are situated in a quiet cul de sac. Bathroom is shared only with one child, and you're able to use our kitchen/laundry facilities if you like.
we are situated close to Flybe and the Met office. We have two cats who are usually confined to the front room and don't roam around the house. It would be helpful though if you didn't mind having them around - they are very friendly and add to the experience!
