Large ground floor double room in a two-floor flat (ground floor and basement of a Georgian three-storey building). I share the flat with the live-in landlord, Angie, who is an English teacher at the university of Exeter. She is easy-going and open-minded and has a small dog (Patterdale terrier) named Dudley.

The flat has two bedrooms and two living rooms (so your living room is semi-private) and shared kitchen and bathroom. Facilities: washing machine, gas cooker, fan oven, microwave. Fast internet broadband. There is also a nice, very well kept garden.

Quiet street, but 2 minutes walk from St Thomas shopping center, St Thomas train station and Cowick street bus stop. 5 minutes walk from the Quay and 15 minutes from City center.

The room is available to sublet between June 16th and September 10th.

The price is £450 per month all included for single occupancy and £550 for a couple.
