Following a recent break up, i now have a spare room in my spacious 2 bed house. The property has a front room, dining room, conservatory, kitchen, downstairs toilet, garden with a sun house, upstairs bathroom with shower and bath, and 2 bedrooms.
The property is very big and spacious.
I do have two cats. But they are always out and very clean. The property is a 2 second walk from the hospital and aprox 10 mins from town. The tenancy and bills will need to be split and ideally i am looking for somebody to treat the house as there own. Please text me for any further info!
