The house is located on Portland Street, which is around the corner from Belmont Park, near the Odeon.
It has a spacious, well equiped communal kitchen/diner and living room (great for socialising) and two shower rooms. Also a conservatory/utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.

It is convenient for getting to both Streatham Campus and St Lukes or the Medical School, and just a few minutes walk from the Odeon cinema, Vue cinema, Sidwell Street, the main bus station and numerous bars, takeaways and Princesshay.

Rent depends on the size of the room and bills (gas, electric, water and broadband) are included.

The landlord is a member of the National Landlords Association and lives locally.

The rooms on the top floor have been reserved by 2 male final year undergraduates.
