I have a choice of 5 fabulous rooms in a newly decorated house in Priory Road, Mount Pleasant.

The rooms are all furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers & wardrobe. Some have their own hand basin. There are two communal bathrooms in the house.

The rooms vary in price depending on size, they are all double rooms but some are huge! £340 - £400pcm which includes all bills, wifi, communal cleaner & TV license. The deposit is the same as the monthly rent.

There is on-street parking around house.
