Small double room to rent in shared house

4 bed house.. Sharing with Mother and Daughter aged 30 and 52. We also have a male housemate aged 46. We have a spare room we wish to rent out with shared kitchen and bathroom. Property is in Clyst Heath area, we have a train station and bus stop within 5 mins walk. Including a park and ride bus stop to hospital.
We have 2 cats that share out house. Looking for male or female working professional.
