The room is furnished with Single Bed, Bedside Cabinet, Triple Wardrobe, Chest of Drawers, Small Desk and chair, Bin, Mirror & laundry basket & folding clothes horse. Bedding is provided if needed.

Large Kitchen breakfast room with mod cons and sofa overlooking lovely courtyard garden. We have two friendly cats that may wish to take a nap on your lap when you have a cuppa in the sunshine :)

I have a large shed if you need to store a bike for use to commute to work or university.

I work from home as an alternative health therapist, so ideally looking for someone that is out during the working weekday.

My step children visit alternate weekends for a night ... so you must be able to feel comfortable with two teenagers being around sometimes.

You will share the bathroom with another tenant.

Am happy to do short lets and also Monday to Friday lets at £300pcm.
