This sunny bedroom of small/medium size with lots of storage space is at the back of the house and is bright and sunny. The three other rooms in the house are already occupied by professional people and I am looking for a fourth to join them.

Comfortable shared communal areas including lounge with Sky TV and dining room. Clean, modern kitchen with all appliances including fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, cooker and microwave. Fast Sky Broadband is available in all rooms.

There is a modern white bathroom with shower and bath.

There is a side entrance to the property from the cul de sac, which gives access to a porch area and then on into a patio area. The garage at the bottom of the garden is ideal for storing bikes/motorbikes. There is on street parking right outside the house which does require a permit.

The house is situated close to the University, St Lukes, R, D & E Hospital, Council offices and the Police HQ which are all walking distance and the Met Office, EDF and Sowton which are a short bus ride away. Buses to the centre of the city pass the house.

All bills except gas and electricity are included in the rent and these are shared equally between all tenants as and when they come in.
