Room in family home

We are looking for a female student or professional to share our family home. The room available is a good sized double but furnished with a single bed, desk, chest of drawers and wardrobe. It overlooks the garden and is in a quiet location. Rent amount includes all meals, bills and laundry costs. We would like someone who is happy to help with keeping the house clean and tidy, and possibly occasional babysitting for our 13 and 8 year old girls. In return we can offer a warm family welcome, a lovely quiet, roomy house and some fun.
