The property has a high-ceilinged, double-size lounge, a bathroom equipped with both shower and bath, as well as a gas cooker in the kitchen and full central heating. It also has a small garden with a fig tree, and a back entrance onto Radford Road.

The rooms come with double beds, mattresses, as well as built-in shelves. One room has a chest of drawers, while the other has a built-in wardrobe. More furniture may be left by the current tenants, though this can be discussed with incoming tenants.

The current housemates are two male professionals working in Exeter. The house is very welcoming and friendly, as well as being very communal-minded - lots of communal cooking and sharing of milk etc. The two departing flatmates are very sad to leave!
