It is situated in the Digby area. Which offers a a park and ride bus station as well as Digby and Sowton train station making it 5 mins to the centre of town and 10mins to the beach. Or there is easy access to the M5 with junction 30 just 3 mins away.
The Digby area also offers David lloyd, Digby retail park(currys, Halfords, etc...) ,the new ikea store and a large supermarket (Tesco) all just a short walk away. Ideal for a young professional.
