Beautiful Detatched Family Home

Hi

We live in a beautuful detatched grade 2 listed cottage right in the heart of Heavitree. We have a lovely outside space and the private estate we live on has it's own grounds which are used only by the residents.

The room is on the lower floor of the house and has it's own entrance, it is furnished and there is access to broadband.

We are two minutes walk from a variety of shops, 15 minutes from St Lukes Campus and then 20 minutes walk from the city centre. We are close to all major road links and easy access to train and bus.

We like to have people come stay and be part of family we include everything in the cost and that means meals too.

We an easy going family and spend lots of time in the park and outside. We enjoy meeting new poeple and having guests come and stay with us.

We are a family of 4 my husband and I have two young children aged 4 and 6 years and two step chidlren who visit every other weekend.
