Looking for a student to fill in a tenancy on a 5 bedroom house in Exeter city center, 15 minute walk to Exeter university main campus, Double bed room, Two shared bathrooms, living room, back garden. Potential flatmate must be fairly clean and preferably sociable, will be living with four students going into their 3rd year of university. £99 per week not including bills, £429 deposit and a £90 non refundable admin fee for the agency (Star students Exeter). A very nice house well worth the money
