We have a large ground floor furnished room with its own entrance available to rent in our family home. Perfect for a student. We are a family of 6. I'm a registered nurse my partner is a PCV driver and we have 4 children aged 2yr - 8yrs.

We have had PGCE students happily stay with us for the last 2 years. We are happy to take a student from Sept - Dec or for the whole year depending on your requirements.

Our home has down stairs toilet facilities and a large garden. We live in a 10 minute walk of the hospital, and shops. A 30 minute walk from the city centre (5 minute walk from the main bus routes into exeter) the room is furnished including it's own television. Meals are included in the price (breakfast and a hot evening meal.) You would be welcome to eat with us as a guest in our home or you are more than welcome to take your meal to your room.

The room is a lot bigger than picture shows it is furnished with a table (perfect for working/studying from) A wardrobe, chest is draws, bed side cabinet, large plasma TV and DVD as well as a large single bed with storage beneath.

We live on an avenue you can park a car close to the house it's free of permit parking or double yellow lines.

We do have a family cat who is very friendly but he will stay out of the room you are renting if that's your preference.
