The house is an Edwardian terrace located in a quiet cul de sac in Heavitree with on street parking- no permits required. There is easy access to city centre, university, RD&E, Met Office, M5 etc.
Would suit professional female or mature student who has a quiet independent lifestyle, is environmentally friendly and likes cats - I have two!

There is a shared lounge/ diner with TV, shared kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, garden and outside storage for bikes in the garage. The room is fully furnished and a generous double bedroom. The house has gas central heating and is warm and comfortable
