Single furnished room in young professional house

Hi! We are looking for a friendly young professional or maybe a post-grad student to fill the final room in our house. Current tenants are all young professionals, and we like to think we are good fun! We very much want the house to feel like a home, a place to relax after work, although we all enjoy keeping active.

The house is located on Ladysmith Rd, walking takes approx 15min to town centre, 10mins to RD&E Hospital, 10mins to Polsloe Bridge Station.
Inside, there is a large bathroom, a kitchen, and a cosy sitting room. Non-permit parking available all along the road, although current tenants do already have cars.
The room on offer is a small single in the attic of the house, and basic rent is £400pm, incl. council tax, with Bills/utilities at £40pm
