Room in shared house in Exeter available

We have one double room available from the beginning of November to rent in a friendly shared house with two working professionals :)

Rent is £292 (total with bills added is approximately £400pcm).

The house includes a garage and driveway, front and back garden, large shared living room and kitchen, washing machine and other appliances, and one shared bathroom with bath/shower.

We are quite clean and tidy - smokers are welcome but there is no smoking allowed inside the house. Landlord's orders! :)

The house is located off Alphington Road, with a bus route a few minutes' walk away and the City Centre is about 15 minutes away.

There is also some bedroom furniture available to buy separately if any is needed.
