A double room in our three bedroom house with large garden to rent in Whipton which has buses to centre every ten minutes.

Would suit anyone in education who just wants some quietude to study or anyone working full time who wants somewhere where they can relax in the evenings. We are looking for someone very very tidy.

We have a tiny pomeranian you must also like (very cute) dogs.

We have a veg patch and would allow new tenants to use it to grow their own things if they like.

Bills are included in the rent.

Can be fully furnished, we also have a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher.

We are currently laying a solid mahogany floor and marble fireplace with log burner in the living room ready for winter and so viewings will be from the 1st of October when this is done (or almost done)
