Hi, I am a friendly (male) person - I have just bought and redecorated this house in St. Thomas, Exeter.
I have just bought a restaurant lease in Axminster and my girlfriend lives out of town too, so I will only be staying at the house occasionally.
The house is redecorated throughout - new carpets, newly sanded wood floor on the ground floor.
I can furnish your room for you, or you can bring your own furniture - I don't mind at all.
I have also just had a new driveway built, so there is off-road parking for 2 cars - this is a big bonus in Exeter...no permit needed!
I am hoping to find 2 professionals for these 2 double rooms, but if you are a student who will be a considerate housemate, I will consider you!
I am helpful/flexible and will be a good landlord...so get in touch.
