Myself and 2 others from this site have found a lovely 4 bedroom house in Exeter, pretty much in the city centre but it feels like a residential area. All the rooms are doubles, extremely modern, all just been renovated. We're looking for a 4th person for a friendly, fun houseshare.
At the moment, there's myself (23), another girl (23) and a guy (29) that are looking to share. The rent is £375 a month exclusive of bills. The house really is amazing. We'd look to meet and can arrange a viewing.
