Beautiful room near RD&E, St Leonard's

We have a lovely double room on the ground floor of a four bed terraced house in a beautiful housing estate 5 minutes walk from the hospital. Rent includes council tax, gas and electric, water, sky fibre broadband, TV licence, insurance and a weekly cleaner.

We have a lovely large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, 8 hob gas cooker. Kitchen leads out onto little garden with garden furniture and little BBQ for summer time :)

The room available is currently partly furnished, (missing bed) is located just beside the downstairs WC.

The large comfy lounge is on the first floor as well as another bedroom.

The top floor consists of two further bedrooms and the family bathroom with a shower and bath.

We are looking for a nice female tenant who would enjoy sharing with two hardworking professionals and a 7 year old child. We both work in the hospital and sometimes have on call shifts at night. We are both quite social and enjoy having people over for dinner and drinks. We would like someone who would like to stay for a couple of months, or longer.

Open to a Monday to Friday let.
