Double room near M5 available

I have a double size room in my coach house which i would like to rent out. Within the house the kitchen living room and bathroom are all shared rooms with only myself sharing them.

I am looking for someone who like to have a good time and a giggle but someone who can respect the house and to keep the noise down when everyone is asleep!

I live near to the M5 and close to bus routes into the city centre, although it isn't that far to walk when you get into it.

The bills are not included and would be halved with my self! i try to keep the bills to a minimum so not having all the lights on in he house at the same time!.
