Hi All,
I have got a lovely room to rent near Exeter University. It is 5 minutes away from there by walk. It is 15 minutes away from John Lewis and about 15 from the big Morison's shop. It is on the main road on Union road and it a 1 bedroom flat with 2 huge rooms and a separated kitchen. I am the only one who lives here and my flatmate is leaving ( she was a overseas student on an internship program ) on 10 of January. I am looking for someone to share the flat with me for the next 6 months as I am leaving the flat by the end of June or July (depends on my work). I want a positive funny person who is tolerant and reasonable. Also who ever that is he/she has to clean the kitchen after using it. Makes no difference male or female.
