Double bedroom available from January 2015

A comfortable double bedroom with ensuite toilet and shower is available for accommodation from January 2015 for any students/prospective students who will be studying at the University of Exeter. The location is very close to the main Streatham campus and opposite the revered Imperial Wetherspoons pub. All bills are inclusive within the rent, including very fast and efficient broadband as well as central heating and all electricity/gas costs. You will be living with 4 other lovely students whom are in their 2nd and 3rd years respectively studying a multitude of subjects varying from English to Biochemistry. All are very easy to get along with and everyone contributes fairly to washing and cleaning up duties etc.
