A large Victorian terrace house with a good sized Double room available.

Good location, 15 min walk to the city centre, with the quay and riverside leisure centre just down the road.

I have all mod cons and the house is in good standard.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, dressing table (No couch in photo) but you welcome to bring your own furniture.

To be clear, this is a smoking property so any new tenant will have to be a smoker or be fine living with smokers (Though there will be lots of deodorisers)!

Beyond that I'm completely relaxed and open minded with a respect for people's space and habits.
