Professional, mature or post graduate student preferred.

The room is fully furnished with a single bed - although it will accommodate a small double. Virgin TV available in the room and the house had access to up to 50mb broadband.

Shared use of large lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen (with washer/dryer and dishwasher), bathroom, downstairs toilet and small enclosed garden. All rooms have central heating.

Parking available on the road.

The house is within walking distance of the City Centre, University and hospital, on the B, E, F1 & F2 bus route and a ten minute walk from Polsloe Bridge Train Station.

I am looking for a lodger who is clean, tidy and respectful of other's space.

The notice period is one month and I require one month deposit with rent paid one month in advance.
