Private loft bedroom to rent in Longdown, Exeter

Hi there, we are a professional couple who both work at the hospital. We have our double loft bedroom to rent (it has a nice window!).

The room is plenty big enough for all your stuff and out the way so feels very private. It only has a sturdy wooden ladder up through the hatch though so you will need to be comfortable with using this as the bathroom is on the ground floor below! Double garage if you have any sports stuff you want to store.

The bathroom itself is pretty plush to say the least. Newly renovated, double walk in shower with huge drench head, large seperate bath, underfloor heating etc but you will be sharing it with us (not at the same time :-0).

We are both out during weekdays, home at the weekends and like the house fairly quiet in the evenings as we get up early in the week. We are really friendly and are looking for someone who has a good sense of humour and is respectful of the house. No leaving dishes!

HUGE garden (fully enclosed) and pets are welcome as long as they get on with our lovely male dog and ancient male cat. Our male dog doesn't like un-neutred male dogs so if you have one then sorry but no can do. If you have a cat, we will obviously need to test the water to see how they get on...You need to be animal lovers as our dog is very big and very hairy. But he doesn't smell :-)

Loads of parking available and only 10 mins in the car from Exeter. Lots of countryside and walks around if you like that sort of thing, Longdown is a beautiful area.

The room is at a reduced rent price as we are currently decorating so the rest of the house is currently not yet as plush as the bathroom. We will be doing work on it at the weekends so there will be a degree of dust and banging/noise at times.

No smokers please, not even outside the house, it still comes inside with the smoker after they have stubbed it out!

The room currenty has all our gear in it which we are emptying (hence not ready yet) but once sorted we will get a proper photo of the room.
