My name's Mike. This is a great flat and I'm looking for someone who I get on with to live together with. The flat is 10 minutes walk to the city centre, 5 minutes to Exeter St Davids and close to the university. It's on Bonhay road.

Your room is a large double size. It's just been redecorated and has a brand new bed and mattress. The room has a TV aerial connection. You can have the main bathroom to yourself in general.

The flat has a large open plan kitchen / diner / lounge overlooking the river Exe with lovely views and a balcony. The block of flats has a security gate and I have a garage which you can use to store some stuff if you like. I'd prefer someone without a car, but if you'd like to park it would be £50/month extra. There's a washer-dryer and dishwasher.

I like climbing, country walks, sailing, swimming and meeting friends for a chat in a pub.
