Double Room. Furnished. Close to town.

We are looking for an extra housemate to join our current house of 3. We have a good sized house we rent through an agent and are looking to extend the contract for at least another 6 months. Bills are not included but these cost around £100 maximum a month, making this house really affordable.

We are located in Heavitree, about 15 minutes walk from town, 10 minute walk to the hospital and also a 25 minute walk to the Met Office.

We currently have all bills set up including TV, Internet and utilities. We have a small garden ideal for BBQ's and relaxing in the summer along with car parking facilities.

We are a fun, outgoing house who like to socialise and chill out together. 2 of us are shift workers so don't worry if you are too!
