Nice Place to Stay during the Summer in Exeter

I am looking for someone to replace my tenancy of a studio apartment in Exeter during the summer of 2015 (from about 21 June to about 14 September). The apartment is called "Super Studio" and is in a private hall, called Picturehouse. The studio is relatively big (about 25 squared meters) and has a bathroom (with a shower), a double bed, a TV, a kitchen, closet, and a desk. The hall itself is very clean, quiet and nice and has several facilities, including study rooms, a gym, a theater and a common room with games. In order to rent this studio, you would have to sign a contract with Collegiate AC, which owns Picturehouse, and would have to pay a security deposit.
