I will be moving out of the property in March and need someone to take over the room.

Large house with sunny garden and shared kitchen, utility room, dining room and living room sharing with friendly housemates.

Rent includes virgin TV and fast broadband, and other bills come to around 50 per month.

Available from 1st March, but possibly sooner if required.

Kitchen has all mod cons, with lots of storage/fridge/freezer space and utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
