I have a furnished double room to let in my owner-occupied terrace house in central Exeter. The house is well appointed, cosy and well maintained. There is a shared lounge and kitchen/dining room as well as a well kept garden for you to enjoy in the warmer weather! Additionally, there is a private off-road parking space available for your car. The house is located 15 minutes walk from the city centre and 2 minutes from Polsloe Bridge train station. It's convenient for the RD&E hospital (20 mins walk), the university (25 mins walk), the Met Office (10 minutes drive) and it's about 10 minutes drive from the M5 junction 29. All bills are included (council tax also). There is fast wireless broadband. I am a musician myself and I have a nice electric piano in the living room for you to enjoy if you would like! I am a clean and tidy individual who enjoys good conversation, cooking and a nice glass of wine. I am looking for an easy going housemate who will treat the house as their home and enjoy living here.
