The House is located on Fore Street in Heavitree a short walk away from all the amenities you would ever need (Tesco/Co-op, Post Office, Hairdressers, Takeaways, Pubs). However, travelling is easy as the property is located next to bus stops going in either direction with regular buses into town and away from Exeter.

Currently there are 3 occupants at the property already. All outgoing male professionals between 19-39. It is a sociable household with a shared living room with Sky TV, shared kitchen and bathroom.

The room in question is a double room on the first floor at the back of the property. The room comes partially furnished with a wardrobe(Bed also available but at small cost). Bills are included with the rent so total cost is £365pcm(paid at the start of the month). The deposit is only £225 with no admin costs.
