The house is comfortable clean and tidy ; we have a cleaner who cleans the communal areas, once a week. Shared Kitchen, sitting room and 2 bathrooms and separate toilet .Gas central heating, hot water at all times. There is a sunny courtyard garden. There is super fibre wireless internet access.
You would be sharing with one male and two female tenants.
The rent is £400 pcm this includes water rates council tax and cleaners wages. It is payable by standing order on the 1st of each month. £400 deposit is payable and references are required.
We are looking for a person in full time employment who is a non smoker. Preferably staying longer than 6 months.
