I have an en- suite double room available in Exeter, just outside of Topsham.

My house is located 2 minutes walk from several main bus routes and 15 minutes walk from the nearest train station.

The house is only a year old with everything brand new. The Kitchen is complete with all appliances (microwave, cookers/oven, fridge- freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, washing machine, etc.)

There is a large Tesco Superstore less than 10 min drive with a local shop around 5 minutes walk.

Exeter Golf and Country Club is also less than 5 minutes walk away.

The rent is £100 per week from Monday to Friday but I could be flexible over weekends.

All the bills are included in the price.

- 1 month deposit
- 1 month rent
