We live on Bonhay road near Exeter St Davids in a 4 bedroom house and am looking for someone to fill the double bedroom here. It's £88ppweek without bills with a really nice open plan lounge and dining room, nice kitchen. 2 bathrooms (1 with an amazing shower and 1 bath in the other). I'll be going into my 3rd year studying Sport and Exercise Science and Spanish, Poppy commutes to Plymouth (going into 3rd year Fashion) and Sam will be going into his 2nd year Sociology and French. I have photos of the house and am more than happy to meet if you're interested.
