Hi all,

We have got a double furnished bedroom available in a 5 bedroom house from the 23rd of March, 2016.
The house is in a good location, close to town center and university, so would suit either student or working person.
All bills are included so hassle free living guaranteed. Free parking available 24/7. There is patio too and nice park area near by.
All roommates are working people. We also have a small dog, so new roommate ideally would be friendly with pets.

We would like to have a student or working person who respects other people's privacy, is quiet and tidy.
