This house is in a great location about 2 minutes walk from the Odeon cinema. Ideally situated for either campus. A real bonus for this area is that there are 2 private parking spaces that belong to the house.

The house is modern and well equipped. It has a good size communal kitchen/diner and a seperate living room, a bathroom and a cloakroom. It is convenient for getting to both Streatham Campus and St Lukes, and just a few minutes walk from the city centre.

Rent comes to £160 per person per week including gas and electric. This is £693.33 per person per month (most months have 30 or 31 days).
Students are exempt from Council Tax but I have to mention the house is band D. Should you cease to be a student you would have to pay Council Tax.

The landlord lives in Exeter and is easy to approach if there is ever a problem.

The house must be let on a joint tenancy agreement to a group of 4 students.
