The garden is paved for easy maintenance and there is a heavy duty bike shed for your bike if you have one. The garden backs onto an alleyway so there is easy access for bikes instead of having to go through the house.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED - no hidden costs. Council tax, Gas and Electric, water/sewerage, superfast broadband and TV licence. N. B. The parking permit is done on an individual basis therefore the payment of this would be down to the tennant themselves. This cost is £30 per year.
N. B. I like to try and maintain stability in the house - when I was renting I experienced living in a house where there was a high turnover rate of tenants. I found this didn’t make for a great living environment and that is the reason I don’t allow short term lets (apologies, however I believe it is in the best interest of the other tenants).
The contract is for 6 months initially and then continues on a rolling month by month basis until either party gives notice.
