Access to town takes 5 mins by foot. Getting out of town is simple with easy access to the motorways. There is Permit parking in the road. A main bus route runs from one road over from the house. St James Park railway station is 5 mins walk away. A really good sized Co-op is just around the corner, with Waitrose and Morrison’s within short walking distance, along with the local pub - Henry’s Bar. There is also a Boots pharmacist just around the corner from the house.

The garden is paved for easy maintenance and there is a heavy duty bike shed for your bike if you have one. The garden backs onto an alleyway so there is easy access for bikes instead of having to go through the house.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED - no hidden costs. Council tax, Gas and Electric, water/sewerage, superfast broadband and TV licence. N. B. The parking permit is done on an individual basis and applied for through the council. This is down to the tennant themselves with a cost of around £30-40 for the year.

N. B. I like to try and maintain stability in the house - when I was renting I experienced living in a house where there was a high turnover rate of tenants.
