Sociable person (aged 23-43, professional or postgraduate student) sought for a double room in a tidy, non-smoking house with garden. A 10 minute walk to the centre of Exeter.

About the room and house:
Room is fully furnished at the front of the house (South facing). Good-sized kitchen with modern appliances, comfortable lounge area facing out to the garden, and two bathrooms on different floors (one shower, one bath + shower). Rent includes all utilities, broadband, council tax and access to local garage for bike storage etc. There is Resident Parking on street and a permit is available.

About the housemates:
We are a mix of professionals (aged 24 - 37) who enjoy each others' company. We are happy to spend time together in the living room or get out and about, but we are respectful of each others' space.
