Shared use of kitchen, bathroom ( there are two...) and garden. On-street parking available (with permit...£30 per year I think, or thereabouts). There is wifi.
Occasionally I look after a dog for a friend ( small, cute, and non-moulting), so she is here sometimes.
You would be sharing with me, the live-in owner, and one other lodger.
