house generally very well furbished
feels like a home rather than just a student residence

we're very sociable guys and will be hosting gatherings at the house
although we won't be going out every night as we're going into third year so have dissertations etc to worry about.
We're looking for someone ideally who will be up for going out and watching films etc with us. However that's not a problem if you're not up for that kind of stuff, as long as you're friendly I'm sure we'll get along
