Double room, old mill on the river, St Leonard's

Double room in the old mill building which is located right on the river exe and a 5 minute walk up river to the quay, 10 minute walk to town and close to the RD&E (few doctors live in the building already). The view is stunning, easy access to the water, walking and cycling routes to the double locks and further. There's space for a car within our car park at the rear of the building, shed lock up for your bike, a shared garden to the front by the water, has central heating, furnished, shared kitchen, bathroom and lounge with two windows with seats looking over the river.

And of course my dog Fergus. a little cairne cross westie rescue dog. The person would need to be ok with him and like dogs. I work on the quay as a landscape architect and am back to walk him at lunch. Great pub dog too after a walk!
